Greetings Vendors!

The Pinto Horse Association of America would like to invite you to participate in the 2024 Color Breed Congress and Mule & Donkey Congress Trade Show. The show will be November 1-9 at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex in Tulsa, Okla.

The Color Breed Congress has seen a continual growth over the last couple of years and we are looking forward to another fantastic show in 2024! The show is produced by the Pinto Horse Association and plays host to three separate breed shows: PtHA, PHBA, and ABRA. This will be the seventh year for the Mule & Donkey Congress as well.

The commercial vendor contract can be found on the CBC website at www. colorbreedcongress.com. The contract and 50% of the cost of the requested space must be postmarked by September 15. The remaining balance and proof of insurance must be postmarked by October 15.

Commercial vendor move-in will begin October 30 at 8 a.m to 5 p.m. and October 31 at 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Those who are placed in the Mustang Arena or upstairs in the Livestock Arena must be moved in by Thursday, October 31, due to classes starting on Friday. Don’t wait on this great opportunity; get your contract in soon before your spot is taken. This is a great chance for customers to buy Christmas gifts, last minute show apparel, forgotten supplies and more. Enclosed you will find the commercial vendor contract. Vendors may not occupy booth space until fees are paid in full and certificate of insurance has been provided.
