The Pinto Horse Association of America, Inc., is proud to reward outstanding amateurs who have influenced the competition aspect of the industry, locally and nationally. Established by the Pinto Heritage Foundation in 2015, the first Amateur Master's Hall of Fame inductee was awarded in 2016.
